Lactic Acid Powder is natural L-Lactic Acid powder produced by glucose fermentation. It is a mixture of L-Lactic Acid and Calcium L-Lactate. The product appears as white granules or powder with mild and pure sour taste. It is easily soluble in hot water and hygroscopic.
